This buyer is looking for a 3/4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms and a garage. Home MUST have a nice kitchen, 2 stories and an open floor plan. Prefers a newer home that is “move-in” ready or requires little work. Buyer is open to the following locations: Decatur, Clarkston, Tucker, Decatur, Ellenwood or East Atlanta. Buyer is pre-approved for 170,000.
Buyer B
Looking for a newer home that has a master bedroom on the main level. He’s looking for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home built after 2000. Other items on the “wish-list are a full basement, a large yard for dogs and a private lot. We’re primarily looking on the west side in areas like Smyrna, Austell, Mabelton but areas out east like, Avondale Estates and Scottdale are possibilities. Buyer is approved for around $250,000.
Buyer C
Looking for a condo or Townhome that is accessible to Marta. We're at the beginning of our search but looking for something "affordable" with low monthly fees. More details to come but price point is less than 150K. Buyer D
Looking for a newer condo or townhome in Midtown or Buckhead that has really great amenities and a decent amount of space for entertaining. Must have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Great windows, nice views and high ceilings are a must. Looking to spend around $250,000 - $275,000. Buyer E Looking for a home or townhome that is in the city limits. Wants a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a garage. She would like it to be in move-in condition or priced low enough where she could get a renovation loan and still be under 100K. A newer home is ideal with a true master bedroom and plenty of closet space. Price point is around 90K
